Metal Work Pneumatic Vietnam Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Metal Work S.p.A, was established in 2023. For the expansion of our sales team we are looking for the following profile:

Sales Engineer

Job description:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key customers, driving growth in sales and market share within the designated territory.
  2. Identify and establish new business opportunities, expanding the customer base in line with company objectives.
  3. Conduct regular visits and meetings with prospective customers, ensuring prompt and effective support throughout the sales process.
  4. Prepare sales reports, and propose strategic action plans to increase market penetration.
  5. Provide inventory forecasts aligned with customers’ requirements to meet customer delivery schedule.
  6. Offer pre-sales technical consultation, and after-sales support to help customers achieve their operational goals.
  7. Product presentations and illustration of key technical features that benefits customers’ installations.
  8. Consolidate customer feedback (Voice of Customer) and market trends to management for service & product improvement/development.
  9. Identify and develop business opportunities with machine manufacturers; end users; resellers, and dealers.

Qualifications/Requirements:
